Account Verifications – Resolved

Thank you for your patience and allowing us to identify and resolve the matter which resulted in failed Account Verifications. 

We can now confirm that this matter has been resolved.

Your card and account is active on the date of issue and can accept deposits. If your Employer or the Institution you submit your new bank details to, do Account Verifications before they change your bank details on their platform, please ask them to do so 2 working days from the date as reflected on your new Confirmation of Bank Account. 

Please note: Various fields are checked when an Account Verification is requested. To ensure that the field “Account Open” verifies, you will need to activate your card. You can do this by depositing money into your account or alternatively by sending an sms.  SMS the word ACTIVATE followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card number to 31571. Charges for SMS activation will apply.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused our accountholders, your Company or Institution.

We request all Companies and Institutions to please resubmit any failed account verifications. The Bank Account information should verify.

If successful Account Verification is a required process at your Company or Institution and the failure resulted in withholding of payments, please proceed in processing payments to these accounts. We’ve received numerous phone calls of desperate accountholders and will greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
